Terms and Conditions for Regena-Phase Coaching Courses and Support:

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any coaching courses, interacting with our content, or utilising any support services provided by Regena-Phase. 

These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Regena-Phase and your use of its coaching courses and support services. By enrolling or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Course Enrolment and Services:
   • Regena-Phase offers coaching courses and support services related to personal and professional development.
   • Enrolment in a course or utilisation of support services and content material is subject to availability and meeting any prerequisites or requirements specified by Regena-Phase.
   • Regena-Phase reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule courses or support services as necessary. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide notice to enrolled participants.
2. Payment and Fees:
   • Participants are required to pay the applicable fees for course enrolment or support services as specified by Regena-Phase.
   • All fees are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in the cancellation policy outlined separately.
   • Regena-Phase may offer payment plans or financing options, subject to additional terms and conditions, as communicated during the enrolment process.
3. Intellectual Property:
   • All course materials and content, including but not limited to handouts, presentations, videos, and written content, are the intellectual property of Regena-Phase and are protected by copyright laws.
   • Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for their personal learning and development. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify the materials without prior written consent from Regena-Phase.
4. Confidentiality:
   • Participants may have access to confidential and proprietary information during their engagement with Regena-Phase, including but not limited to trade secrets, coaching methodologies, and client information.
   • Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to any third party without the express written consent of Regena-Phase, unless required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability:
   • Regena-Phase endeavours to provide high-quality coaching courses and support services. However, the ultimate responsibility for personal growth and decision-making lies with the participant.
   • Regena-Phase and its instructors, coaches, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our coaching courses or support services.
6. Termination:
   • Regena-Phase reserves the right to terminate the enrolment or provision of support services to any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in disruptive behaviour, or poses a risk to themselves, other participants, or Regena-Phase staff.
   • Upon termination, participants may be ineligible for any refunds or further participation in Regena-Phase programs or services.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
   • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Regena-Phase operates.
   • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
