A25: We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your enrolment in one of our courses. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness to all participants while also helping us manage course logistics effectively.
- Cancellation before the Course Starts: If you decide to cancel your enrolment before the course’s start date, please notify us in writing or follow the designated cancellation process. In this case, a cancellation made before the course starts will result in the forfeiture of a minimum payment amount, which is 35% of the total value paid. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
- Cancellation after the Course Starts: If you wish to cancel your enrolment after the course has started, please notify us in writing or through the designated cancellation process. However, please note that in this scenario, the entire amount paid will be forfeited, and no refunds will be provided.
- Transfer of Enrolment: In some cases, you may request to transfer your enrolment to a future course or to another eligible participant. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is subject to Regena-Phase’s discretion.
- Exceptions and Refunds: Regena-Phase understands that exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, may arise, necessitating a cancellation after the course has started. In such cases, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We will assess exceptional cases individually and may, at our discretion, provide partial refunds or credits towards future courses.
