Phase 1
In this phase we dive head first into the individual self. The journey will take us from who you are as a person to your limitations. Then from your past to your present, and future. Accessing your knowledge and how you adapt to life’s situations. This phase is to help you understand yourself a bit better, and how you fit in with the world at large.

Course Overview
Phase 2
In this phase, we take you on the journey to re-frame your state of mind. We will help you see what you are capable of and decide the path you wish to walk down for your life’s journey. We will help prepare you with what you need to undertake your journey, everything from knowledge to the need for other people. We will help you decide on your desired goal, and the tools required to overcome the challenges and obstacles that stand in your way to attaining your goal/s.
What you can expect:

Help shape this journey of yours with a desired goal that you can realistically work towards.

Help you understand the preparation required when undertaking your life’s journey.

Finally, giving you the tools necessary to overcome the many obstacles you will face, and give you an understanding of how failure fits in with success.
Course Overview
Phase 3
In this phase, we take off the gloves and face the life skills each individual needs head on. The full match will include skills such as communication, interpersonal skills, networking, and many more. These are what we call life skills, and we better equip you with them so that you can tackle what life has to throw at you, and even reach a whole new level you never thought possible. Once we have covered life skills, we will end the match off by looking at the help you would need in terms of coaching, mentoring and professional help.

Applying these life skills in the real world, in order to gain practical experience.

Fully realising each skill, so that you may transcend beyond your limitations.

Course Overview
Phase 4
In Phase Four, we will measure the progress made in your journey and what has and has not worked. We will consider the changes you can implement to bring your journey back on course through re-adjusting. Finally, we will teach you how to keep track of your progress to ensure you do not come to a standstill.
