Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where individuals need to cancel their enrolment in our courses. To ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved, Regena-Phase has established the following cancellation policy. Please note that this policy is subject to change and may vary depending on the specific course or program.

  1. Cancellation before the Course Starts:
    • If a participant wishes to cancel their enrolment before the course start date, they must notify Regena-Phase in writing or through the designated cancellation process.
    • A cancellation made before the course starts will result in a forfeiture of the minimum payment amount, which is 35% of the total value paid. The remaining amount will be refunded to the participant.
  2. Cancellation after the Course Starts:
    • If a participant wishes to cancel their enrolment after the course has started, they must notify Regena-Phase in writing or through the designated cancellation process.
    • In this case, the participant will forfeit the entire amount paid, and no refunds will be provided.
  3. Transfer of Enrolment:
    • In some cases, participants may request to transfer their enrolment to a future course or to another eligible participant. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and Regena-Phase reserves the right to approve or deny such transfers.
  4. Exceptions and Refunds:
    • Regena-Phase understands that certain exceptional circumstances may arise, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, which may necessitate a cancellation after the course has started.
    • In such cases, participants are encouraged to contact Regena-Phase directly to discuss their situation and explore possible solutions. Regena-Phase will assess these exceptional cases on an individual basis and may, at its discretion, provide partial refunds or credits towards future courses.

Please note that this cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness for all participants and to help us manage course logistics effectively. By enrolling in a Regena-Phase course, participants agree to abide by this cancellation policy.

It is important to consult with a legal professional to ensure that this cancellation policy complies with local laws and regulations, as requirements may vary in different jurisdictions.
